Vista Azul is a real Caribbean charmer and guests’ favourite apartment, located in the older house, upper level. It is the most spacious suite, offering extended views and the biggest deck for relaxing, enjoying mornings, evenings, and watching sunsets.
The unit can accommodate up to 4 guests. The kitchen-dining-living areas and all bedrooms have vaulted ceilings, air conditioning, and fans throughout. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a divan sofa with an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom also has a queen-sized bed, along with a small sitting area for reading or enjoying coffee. The bathroom is semi-attached to the guest bedroom.
In addition to the indoor space, guests can also use shared pool deck with sunbeds, chairs, and outdoor shower surrounded with lush garden.
Centrally located, Encanto del Mar has all the amenities you could ever need right at your fingertips, including the beach itself, which is only a quick 3-minute walk away. Need to stock up on groceries or rent a vehicle? No problem!
You’ll find a mini supermarket, veggie store, and scooter/car rental right across the street, along with an emergency polyclinic just in case.
If you’re looking for a spa, it’s right next to us.
And when it comes to dining options, there are several great small restaurants nearby that offer convenient breakfast, lunch, or dinner options. Plus, with the mile-long white sandy beach and a bustling nightlife scene just a minute away from the apartment, you’ll have plenty of entertainment options to keep you busy. - Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
- Kids up to 10 years old are not allowed (Please see Bella Vista or Turquesa apartment)
- Discount available for reservations of 4 weeks or more.
- Air Conditioning is not included in the price and it is available at additional $25/day
- The AC payment is in Cash only on check in day (3 AC units).
- Mandatory mid-stay,housekeeping service is required for bookings over 10 nights at additional cost(light cleaning, replacement of towels and bed sheets)
- Luggage drop-off allowed
- Security Cash Deposit: $500.
- The property has a dog in the fenced yard behind the rental units.
- It is important to note that the Island has a significant population of stray dogs and cats. As such, we kindly request that you refrain from feeding them at the property. Instead, we encourage you to send your donations to the local animal shelter.
