Turquesa is our most spacious one-bedroom apartment. It is located conveniently on the lower level of the older house and features an outdoor private deck with a hammock, dining and sitting area, overlooking a lush garden and a pool.

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests and one child (additional fee applies). It is beautifully decorated in a Caribbean beach-style, providing a charming and comfortable living space.

Bright and airy, Turquesa apartment, will offer a separate living room and kitchen area equipped with an AC unit and ceiling fans throughout. The full kitchen includes barstools and a peninsula serving as an indoor eating space that opens up to a deck. The separate bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a working desk, and a chair, and there is a private semi-attached bathroom.

In addition to the indoor space, guests can also use shared pool deck with sunbeds, chairs, and outdoor shower surrounded with lush garden. During your stay in Turquesa, you will enjoy the refreshing sea breeze and stunning garden view.

All the amenities of West Bay Beach area are easily accessible by foot, thanks to the central location of the home. The beach itself is just a 3-minute walk away, while a mini supermarket, scooter/car rental, and even an emergency polyclinic are located right across the street. Additionally, there are a few great small restaurants nearby that offer convenient breakfast, lunch, or dinner options. From the apartment, you can reach the mile-long white sandy beach and nightlife with many bars and restaurants within just a minute.

• One child can be accommodated for additional $25/per night using a kids’ pull-out couch.
• Discount available for reservations of 4 weeks or more.
• Air Conditioning is not included in the price and it is available at $18/day.
• The AC payment is in Cash only on check in day (1AC units).
• Mandatory mid-stay, housekeeping service is required for bookings over 10 nights at additional cost(light cleaning, replacement of towels and bed sheets)

• The property has a dog in the fenced yard behind the rental units.
• It is important to note that the Island has a significant population of stray dogs and cats. As such, we kindly request that you refrain from feeding them at the property. Instead, we encourage you to send your donations to the local animal shelter.
