La Perla is the jewel of Encanto, as its name suggests. Located in the newly built house on the upper level, the apartment offers excellent breeze and ocean view by overlooking the complete property.

The apartment can be rented as 1BD or 2BD.

With 2 bedroom and 2 en suite bathrooms, this unit is spacious enough to accommodate up to 4 guests. The La Perla apartment boasts an open living-kitchen area with vaulted ceilings, air conditioning, and fans in every room. The kitchen comes fully equipped with bar stools and a peninsula that serves as an indoor dining space. There are two bedrooms featuring a queen-size bed each, and en suite bathroom. Additionally, the living room leads to a private deck with comfortable seating.

In addition to the indoor space, guests can also use shared pool, just a few steps away for an easy dip. There is also an outdoor BBQ and plenty of pool deck space with sunbeds, chairs and shower to make things even more enjoyable.

Located in the heart of West Bay, this apartment offers you the ultimate convenience. With just a 3-minute walk to the West Bay Beach, you can enjoy all the amenities this beautiful beach has to offer. Moreover, you’ll find a mini-supermarket,veggie store, scooter/car rental, and even an emergency polyclinic just across the street. You can indulge in a relaxing spa experience right next to us.

There are also several great restaurants nearby for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, offering a variety of cuisines to suit your taste buds. From the apartment, you have easy access to the mile-long white sandy beach and the nightlife at many bars and restaurants.

You won’t find a more convenient and comfortable place to stay in West Bay!

• Kids up to 10 years old are not allowed (Please see Bella Vista or Turquesa apartment)
• Discount available for reservations of 4 weeks or more.
• Air Conditioning is not included in the price and it is available at additional cost of 0.41 US$/ kWh – deposit required, Flow meter reading
• The AC payment is in Cash only on checkout day (3 AC units).
• Security Cash Deposit: $500.
• Mandatory mid-stay, housekeeping service is required for bookings over 10 nights at additional cost(light cleaning, replacement of towels and bed sheets)
• Luggage drop-off allowed
• The property has a dog in the fenced yard behind the rental units.
• It is important to note that the Island has a significant population of stray dogs and cats. As such, we kindly request that you refrain from feeding them at the property. Instead, we encourage you to send your donations to the local animal shelter.
